Temporary site in Kremlin Bicetre
The Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC) has an ambitious scientific, technological and medical vision. Pending the completion of the Campus Grand Parc, we have set up a temporary site in the Kremlin Bicetre, which will be operational by the end of 2023. From then on, this site will host innovative projects.
Destination in Villejuif
The PSCC is at the heart of the innovative urban project currently under construction. Ultimately, this campus will offer a harmonious blend of research and everyday life. It will include housing, nurseries, schools, shops, services, facilities, gardens, hotels for patients and their families, as well as areas dedicated to research and development, covering a total area of almost 100,000 m².
Located near the Institut Gustave Roussy, the cluster will be just a few kilometers from the Université Paris-Saclay and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. What's more, the site will be less than 15 minutes from the center of Paris by the end of 2025, thanks to new metro lines currently under construction.
By then, nearly 60,000 square meters will be available for start-ups, scale-ups and industrial R&D teams.

The highlight of this development will be the future Oncology Center, located at the heart of the cluster. This emblematic building will house offices, state-of-the-art equipment and laboratories adapted to all stages of development. It will also feature a large open space, terraces and informal work areas that will encourage openness and interaction among all members of the community. We aim to extend this energy beyond our walls, collaborating with our partners and serving patients around the world.
